Great quality, welds look good.  Installed it and instantly noticed a slightly quieter idle but after a few hundred km drive it sounds so much better at high RPM and no drone on the highway.  My turbo V6 used to get raspy at WOT full boost but now it sounds nice and deep throughout the range.
